Roselia is a Senior Advisor at Aspira Capital Management, L.P. and the the founder and Senior Portfolio Manager at ISAR Capital Partners. She has over 20 years of portfolio management experience, having managed up to $1 billion in assets. At Lord Abbett & Co., she launched the Large Cap Growth Portfolio and grew assets under management to $200 million over a 7-year period, while setting the fund’s strategic direction.
Roselia specializes in healthcare, biotech, and technology. Her passion for venture investing stems from an interest in these sectors and a counteracting the lack of representation of women and people of color in the investing community.
Roselia began her career at the United Church Pension Boards, where she served as an Assistant Portfolio Manager of the multi-million-dollar Large Cap Core Portfolio. She holds an MBA in Finance from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from York University, in Toronto, Canada.
She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and reading British mystery novels.
